This privacy policy tells you what information Skwibble.com collects about the users of Skwibble.com ("our Web site") and how we use it. Information Collection & Use

Skwibble, L.L.C. is the sole owner of all the information, photographs, art and other media displayed on the Skwibble.com Web site, as well as any user comments, user contributed words and/or definitions offered by users for addition to the Skwibble language, or other user submissions to Skwibble.com. Skwibble, L.L.C. is also the sole owner of all information collected on Skwibble.com, which may be collected from our users at several different points on our Web site for the purposes described herein.

Browsing Skwibble.com

You may browse Skwibble.com without disclosing any personal information about yourself; however certain public information such as your IP address, browser type, and date and time of your visit may be collected automatically by our software when you browse our Web site.

Sign Up

You must be over 13 years of age to sign up to use the Skwibble.com Web site. We ask you to certify that you are at least that old in order to sign up.

In order to use Skwibble.com, you must first complete the Sign Up form and create a user name and password. During sign up you are required to give us some contact information (such as your name, email address and mobile phone number). We may use this information to contact you about the services and products offered on our site in which you have expressed interest.

You also have the option to provide us with some demographic information (such as location and gender) about yourself; we encourage you to provide this information so we can personalize your experience on Skwibble.com.

If our friend wishes to be removed from our database he or she can unsubscribe using information in our invitation, or yourfriend may contact us at info@skwibble.com to request that we remove this information from our database.

Information acquired by Skwibble.com will be used specifically to gauge, control and improve performance related to the amount of traffic on the Skwibble.com Web site, and to improve the performance and user experience with the Skwibble.com products.

Swibble.com is a free website providing free invitation and greeting services. With the exception of the information described above, we do not collection other types of personally identifiable information. Any email or other request you might receive that appears to come from Skwibble LLC requesting credit card, social security number, address, phone number or other sensitive information is not from Skwibble LLC. Such schemes are called phishing scams and we request that you report any such email you receive that appears to be from Skwibble.com to us at abuse@skwibble.com.
